On Monday afternoon Dynamo Leaders worked
with Kaye Barnett. The focus was about leadership during lunchtime sports. Kaye
asked us to gather around and talk about ways we could be better Dynamo
leaders. We talked about ways to work with students, gear we could use in games
and ways we could manage our games so that students listened to us and got
involved.
Kaye said it was important to present ourselves as sporty. We drew pictures and
recorded ideas for what to wear when we lead games and how to give clear instructions
to students.

It was a really cool way to spend the
afternoon and we now have lots of new ideas when we work with students at
